The 5PREVIEW Archives: Julie Asmussen
After a few months hiatus, The 5PREVIEW Archives are back! Again we have collaborated with talented creative people from all over the globe to reinterpret our archive collections into their own style.
For the next two weeks we will be featuring stylist Julie Asmussen.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Julie has been steadily climbing the ladder of the Danish fashion industry. She started a mere 4 years ago as a
fashion assistant at the danish Magazine Eurowoman, where she helped out with
styling of the monthly fashion stories and doing all of the practical
assistant jobs.
After spending time solely in Women's fashion Julie decided it was time to expand and started at the Danish Menswear brand Soulland. Here she worked hard and learned EVEN harder! She learned how to plan events, style look books and shows.
With a new set of fashion skills Julie then became the assistant of talented Danish stylist Maria Barfod- who also goes by FEDTY. She now spends her time learning how to make the simplest or the most impossible things
look crazy beautiful - and she is still learning!
Julie is a talented upcoming stylist who is eager to take up new styling challenges and can't wait to see what the future brings!
The 5PREVIEW Archive project is Julie's solo styling work in collaboration with Photographer Nicolaj Sloth Didriksen, Hair Stylist Simon S. Shabaan, Makeup Artist Mia Heiber Pelch and models Clara B(Scoop Models) ans Pernille Rosenkilde.
