The ARCHIVE SELECTION is a well selected pick from our most classic items from previous seasons. And for this time we worked with the Stockholm based photographer Sandra Viktoria Thorsson. She teamed up with Daniela, model and background singer to Seinabo Sey and Oskar Linnros, to shot this black and white capsule collection.

This is the first time we worked with Sandra and we wanted to ask her some questions about how she started with photography and how she finds inspiration. Check out more of her work here.
How you started with photography?
I’ve always been interested in creating, I started with drawing since.. I don’t really know when, I’ve
always been doing it. Then it slowly transcended to photography when my mum got me a camera
at the age of 12. Since then I’ve been hooked!
What are three things you want people to know about you?

That Incomplete kisses by Sampha is one of my favourite songs, my favourite tv-show is Kniven i
Hjärtat that aired on Swedish television 2004, and that I love animals!
What is your dream project to work on?
What is your dream project to work on?
I’ve always been dreaming about shooting a campaign for Adidas! And to shoot promotion for
Frank Ocean is a big dream of mine, I think he’s a genius.
Where do you look for inspiration?
Where do you look for inspiration?
Mostly everywhere, haha.. But I’m really inspired by the 70’s and 90’s, and by my surroundings,
especially by the place I grew up, Biskopsgården in Gothenburg which is a million programme. I
always thought my home was ugly, especially growing up and realising that people thought that
Biskopsgården was an ugly and dangerous place to live in. Now I’ve embraced my home, and I’m
always going back to it to find inspiration. But, I’m really homebound wherever I live, so I’m
always interacting my surroundings with what I create.
When are you the most creative?
When are you the most creative?
When I’m restless! And when I’m in the nature, or on a walk.
